DANIEL G. WELLS - age 23, in Woburn, by accident, July 4th. Beloved son of Kathleen Farnkoff of Woburn and the late George L. Wells, Jr. Dear brother of Shannon Wells of Woburn, and loving uncle of Liandra Castoires. Grandson of Margaret Farnkoff of Stoneham and the late George and Mary Wells. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Funeral from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, on Friday, July 10th at 9:15 a.m. Funeral mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn, at 10. OBITUARY:

Daniel G. Wells, 23, of Woburn passed away late Saturday evening at the Mass. General Hospital in Boston, surrounded by his family and many friends, as a result of injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident on Green Street Friday night.

Danny was born in Stoneham, son of Kathleen Farnkoff of Woburn and the late George L. Wells, Jr. He grew up in the Spring Court area and attended the Shamrock Elementary School, the Joyce Middle School, and Woburn High. As a youngster he loved riding bikes and even developed his own style of riding with his friends, who called their group "Our Style." A sports enthusiast, he enjoyed playing basketball and was a fan of all Boston sports teams.

He most loved being with his cousins and his friends. Danny and his sister Shannon were inseparable, and even worked together at Bertucci's Restaurant in Woburn. He was well loved by his family and friends, who truly valued his loyalty and his humble demeanor.

Along with his father, George L. Wells, Jr., who died in 2001, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George and Mary Wells of Woburn.

Surviving are his mother, Kathleen Farnkoff, and his sister, Shannon Wells, both of Woburn. He was also the loving uncle of Liandra Castoires and grandson of Margaret Farnkoff of Stoneham. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The funeral will be held from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, on Friday, July 10th at 9:15 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn, at 10. Burial will be private.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m.
