Longmeadow, Rose MacDonald, Sophie Kearns, Marion Barchard, Barbara Miele, and Anthony "Bishy" Pandolph, all of Woburn, and the late Angelo, John "Sonny," Frank, and Peter Jr. Loving grandmother of Jennifer, Joanne, Vincent Jr. and Joseph Pandolph, Jr. Also survived by several great-grandchildren. Funeral from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, on Monday, July 26th at 9:15 a.m. Funeral mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn, at 10. OBITUARY:

Mary A. McDonough, a resident of Woburn for most of her life, passed away at her home in Beverly early Thursday morning, July 22nd, after a long illness. The wife of the late William McDonough, she was ninety years of age.

Born and raised in Woburn, she was one of eleven children of Peter and Rose (Brown) Pandolph, Sr. She graduated from St. Charles High School.

Mary devoted herself to raising her three children, and loved to cook for her family. She was known for her wonderful birthday parties and other celebrations. She was an honorary member of the Sons of Italy in Winchster and in recent years frequented the Woburn Senior Center. She particularly enjoyed the annual Mayor's Dinner for seniors. Mary loved to check out yard sales, looking for items to add to her collections.

For the past few years, she had made her home at Landmark at Oceanview in Beverly.

Along with her husband William, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Pandolph, who died in 2006, and four brothers, Angelo, John "Sonny," Frank, and Peter Pandolph, Jr.

Surviving are two sons: Joseph C. Pandolph and his wife Doris of Lynn and Vincent M. Pandolph of Fitchburg, five sisters: Ann Saunders of E. Longmeadow, Rose MacDonald, Sophie Kearns, Marion Barchard, and Barbara Miele, all of Woburn, and a brother, Anthony "Bishy" Pandolph of Woburn. She was also the loving grandmother of Jennifer, Joanne, Vincent Jr. and Joseph Pandolph, Jr., and leaves several great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, on Monday, July 26th at 9:15 a.m., followed by a funeral mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn, at 10. Interment will follow in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m.
